It kills me,well annoys me really to see people who own dslr taking shit ass photos and using the built-in flash.I mean,i am definitely not good, but i do know the basics and a few tricks here and there and have a genuine interest in photography.Owning a Dslr has currently become a trend. Those that try to follow this trend are real idiots!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyway,my due absences was because of
1.My holiday alone to Taipei/Bangkok
2.Technical issues(computer bermasalah/problem)
I shall temporarily turn this blog into a food blog, mainly about the food i savoured in Taipei. =D
The 2nd meal I had,the first one involved steamed goose, smoked goose and etc but was too tired to take photos of that.Okay, this shop is roughly 10 minutes from city centre.
This shop sells, well steamed goose and rice with chicken shreds, signature rice, goose rice and etc.Oh and not forgetting noodles.
This would be their noodles served in chicken soup.If you've ever had Hor Hee before,it taste similiar too that.Though the mee hon(a type of noodles) is more fragrant and fine than local ones.It comes with slices of goose, hard boil egg, bean sprouts and etc.

Rice and shredded chicken.Might I like to say that rice in Taiwan is shorter and stubbier than local rice, and also more fragrant.Rice and shredded chicken is served in quite generous portions and is drenched in chicken essence.

Steamed goosed, exceptionally good on my account. The meat is tender and juicy, and well,it's good!
Taiwanese eat alot of goose btw.

Their signature rice is a Must-try.Rice served with marinated pork fat bits, chicken shreds(could have been goose for all i care),pickled vegetables, pickledsomething(the yellow thing),bamboo shoot, hard boil egg and drenched in marinated pork fat oil.Sinful and unhealty yes,but taste Holy.It IS that good.
Roasted Duck that we ordered from some other eatery down the road. Not too good if you ask me,supposely pekking duck.

Uncle and aunt in background.
